constellations as a development tool enabling a view of Self-Image DIFFERENT than is usually the case. This seminar is an experience that lasts and does not expire.
Our relationships, what "happens to us" and the like. A look at the causes of health or psychological symptoms and subsequent work with them.
About the Systemic Constellations method:
Building family, company or work, relational, health systems makes it possible to effectively uncover hidden patterns and barriers in practice and thus helps to naturally understand, organize, or change what we need for ourselves. It shifts our view often from illusion to reality, safely when we are ready and interested to see it. This method respects the "dosage" of changes in our lives. It safely and respectfully offers us an insight into the waves of facts that move us.
Thanks to the systemic approach, shifts can occur in various work and private topics. Relationships with partners, parents, children, colleagues or clients that fundamentally affect us. The same goes for our health or mental state. Cooperation and solving everyday problems. I see this approach as unique, true, transcending the boundaries of our reality, our time and touching the very core of the matter. The core that we carry in the deeper layers.
Conscious thinking is only a fraction of what happens in our brain, and that it can be extremely limited. The whole includes the breadth of the unconscious, which takes place in the background and determines most of our behavior. If even a part of the unconscious "moves" into the conscious, movement occurs. The one we wish for ourselves and our relationships.
The constellation method thus creates a space for CHANGE in the internal image and thereby affects and change can occur in all our systems (family, company, team...)
Content of the seminar:
• Formulation/naming of the desired change, intention in the work or private environment
• View of Self-Image, the cause of our symptom
• A view/insight into the dynamics of relationships that fundamentally affect us
• Principles of a systemic approach and their use in everyday practice
