Systemic Constellations is an experiential therapeutic method that helps people explore and resolve issues in their lives by working with the dynamics of their relational systems. The constellation method is based on the idea that we are all connected and that our family history and relationships with others deeply affect our lives.
The constellation takes place in such a way that the client chooses representatives for different persons (e.g. parents, children, partner, etc.) or aspects (anger, sadness, pain...) and places them in the space as they intuitively feel it.
The facilitator then asks questions and observes interactions between agents to help uncover hidden patterns and beliefs that influence the constructed system.
We can thus gain deeper insight and identify what prevents us from progressing or harmonizing relationships.
Systemic constellations can be used to solve a wide range of problems such as:
- Repetitive patterns of behavior in the family
- Difficulties in relationships
- Low self-esteem
- Problems at work
- Recurrent illnesses
- Feelings of loss and sadness
- Health symptoms
The constellation process can be deeply experienced by the participants. Participants can gain new perspectives, find solutions to their problems, or develop new ways of interacting with others.
Constellations affect all participants, not just those who build their own setup.
By observing the constellations, we can notice that other people are solving similar problems to us.
Emotions or insights resulting from a particular set-up have an impact on everyone present. Just seeing the constellation image can help us realize what is happening in our relationships, and maybe we can find a solution to our own problems more easily, whether we build our own setup or just perceive what is happening in the setups of others. This will make the possible effect of the constellations even stronger.

Building the constellation must be reported in advance, the order will be drawn.

About the facilitator:
Michal Husár is a facilitator of systemic constellations. He has been working with them since 2017, and later completed systemic coaching training at the Institute of Systemic Work and Constellations. Currently, it provides individual and group systemic constellations. He is dedicated to somatic work with the body, Continuum movement, craniosacral therapy and Holotropic breathing, which he uses as a means of therapy and spiritual practice. It is important for him to provide a supportive and safe space in which a person can connect with the experience of his personal reality. By acknowledging his own experience, he can more easily accept the world as it is and live his life a little easier and more fully.
