...It's definitely a tool to work with team settings especially in cases where something isn't working as expected, but the cause isn't unequivocally clear. It seems that we are doing everything right, but the result is not coming.
It seems that the way out of the dead end can be precisely a systemic approach and the discovery of hidden dynamics. Juraj is excellent at working with questions and formulating observed behavior, coming up with hypotheses. It helps the participants to find and admit (or accept) the hidden energies that affect the current functioning. Creating a safe atmosphere is key, as this approach works with awareness of our motives, how we feel, etc.
Thank you very much for broadening the horizons and possibilities of how to work with teams, respectively. the entire organization. For the opportunity to meet other great people and try the magic of systemics."
