About event
Doesn't human life sometimes resemble a mechanism? And how much tenderness can be hidden in a machine?
Two-time winner of Magnesia Litera, Marek Šindelka, is coming after ten years with a new novel, Systems of Tenderness, which is published by the Host publishing house. The book tells about obsession, longing and the mechanisms of the soul. About problems inherited from parents, which parasitically shape children's lives and are passed on through their relationships.
Systems of tenderness will be presented by the author together with Ondřej Nezbeda, the responsible editor of the book.
