The city district of Košice-Sídlisko Ťahanovce and the Orienteering Club UNION Košice invite you to the Ťahanovský RUN FIT, which will begin with a presentation at 1:45 p.m., while the start will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. individual. There is no entry fee.
Age categories: no distinction
Tracks: marked forest circuits, personal choice according to fitness:
red circuit – 0.5 km
blue circuit – 1.6 km
yellow circuit – 2.6 km
Evaluation: for each circuit, a separate list of results, compiled according to the times achieved. This is a non-competitive event without joint announcement of results.
Rewards: participation diploma with time achieved, fruit, refreshments, joy of movement.
Motto: "The day you run, you don't age!"
