Biography:
Uie-Liang Liou comes from Taiwan and was Born in Taipei/Taiwan in 1967. It
is her first attempt to write a book in the German language.
Through her experience abroad in Germany, she learned a lot about her
own identity. Language connects your own
feelings with those of others. It shortens the distance between
people. That's why she writes in German for the people in her new home. She was a nurse by profession. In Taiwan
she published two books in 2014 and 2017. From 2012 to 2016 she was
Chairwoman of the Taiwan Association in Germany e.V. Her first book “Germany in the Mirror(借鏡德國)” was recommended by the Taiwan Ministry of Culture for 2014
the books as an annual recommendation.< /p>
