Most people consider the world of matter and thus physical bodies to be the only reality, because they can only perceive it with their physical senses and rational reason. E.g. but to the eye of a clairvoyant, when observing a person, a greater number of structures, movements, forms and colors of energy are visible both outside and inside the physical body. If you are also one of those people who can only accept material objects as reality, then try to think about what happens to the energy, the life force that animates the physical body and gives it sensitivity and the ability to express when that body dies. The law of physics tells us that energy never disappears, it only transforms.
