About event
Basic knowledge for every woman - a useful "manual" for the female body and how to feel better and happier in it and use its potential.
The pelvic floor is related to pain in the area of the pelvis, lower back and coccyx, with female problems, painful menstruation, incontinence, femininity, pregnancy, postpartum care... and knowing how to work with it properly belongs to the basic "education" of every modern woman ;)
This course THE SECRET OF PELVIC DNA deals with the topic not only from the point of view of Western physiotherapy and psychosomatics, but also from a thousand years of proven knowledge of Eastern teachings. The 3×3 method we use connects not only the physical plane, but also works with emotions and the energy plane. it so that it is beautifully functional, flexible and "juicy" ;)
The exercise is very gentle and is suitable for women of all ages and weight categories - you will relax beautifully and enjoy the day just for yourself!
