In this workshop we will discover together how voice, body and self-confidence are connected - and how we can learn to use our space

Through a variety of vocal, physical and reflection exercises, the participants strengthen their self-confidence and body awareness and learn how they can express themselves clearly and freely - vocally, physically and with the right inner attitude.

Take up space, girl encourages women to no longer belittle themselves, but to stand up for themselves and become audible: use their voice, set boundaries and show themselves confidently. The aim is to impart courage and tools for more expression, self-confidence and authenticity.

About the hosts Céline and Marika:

Céline is a trained speaker and has been working with speakers worldwide for over 4 years 😄 🤘 She also leads workshops on visibility in the work environment and loves cats because dogs don't purr can.

Marika is a trained systemic coach with over 3 years of experience in group and individual work. It is particularly important to her to encourage other women to stand up for themselves, because she herself is no longer interested in people pleasing 😬

We look forward to creating a space for exchange and personal growth and of course lots of fun with and for you.
