TakeRoot presents: Tim knol & Blue Grass Boogiemen

Their previous program 'Lost & Found III' left me wanting more and so Tim Knol and the award-winning Blue Grass Boogiemen are returning to the theater. The five friends challenge each other with their virtuoso string playing, with fun radiating from the stage. A new joint album will also be released for this theater tour, the successor to the acclaimed 'Happy Hour'. In the theater concert, the musicians dig further into the rich history of bluegrass and country music and show their fine nose for the fringes of the genre, the domain of acts such as Townes Van Zandt, The Stanley Brothers and Flatt and Scruggs. In 'Tim Knol & Blue Grass Boogiemen Ride Again' you will hear songs from the new album, as well as music and anecdotes from their heroes.
