🎙 Talkshow Moja Sloboda is back after a short break with inspiring guests, with whom we will answer the following questions: What is freedom? Can we really live it? And how should we live it? How to live freedom in mental health?
✨ Our guests went through various pleasant and unpleasant situations in their lives, which strengthened or, on the contrary, suppressed their freedom - from bullying, hatred, hateful comments to underestimation from others. The first Talkshow went deep, our guests honestly revealed how they managed to get out of the difficulties of life.

💡 Sister Lamiya Jalilová:
Religious Sister Lamiya is an energetic and cheerful young Salesian who actively breaks stereotypes about religious life. He openly shares his faith on social networks and shows that religious life can be cheerful and completely normal.
💡 Peter Podlesný:
Founder of the muzom.sk movement, author of the book Odovzdavanie ohňa. Since 2014, it has been disrupting the comfort of men in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He works with both men and women as a mentor and strength and conditioning coach. He advises how to use the potential that people carry in themselves. How to have vision, discipline, approach relationships, masculinity, courage and find your own path.
💡 Dominika Gurbaľová:
Singer and multi-instrumentalist, whose original songs are characterized by strong personal statements. For her, music is a tool of healing and joy, it helps to express what a person sometimes finds words for himself. She also sang to prisoners and children in the hospital.
💡 Moderator: Ján Hudáček, who has moderated dozens of discussions, podcasts, events and shows; live and in front of the camera. He works for the Christian project Godzone, where he is in charge of communications. He studied philosophy and history, which is probably why he likes to ask all kinds of questions. He is 35 years old, comes from Trebišov and has been living in Košice for several years.

The aim of the program is to show young people a different view of freedom, because we are convinced that personal freedom is not possible without self-acceptance.
The talk show is organized by the OPORA Foundation.
