**Wednesday** October 8:**🍝 “Con le Mani in Pasta” – Fresh colorful pasta 🇮🇹**
Nothing is more authentic and pleasant than working flour with your hands: with simplicity, a little strength and a lot of love, we will give life to colorful tagliatelle**.

In this **NEW** session we will work with different types of flour to make doughs of **different colors** and some **sauces** that combine perfectly with **fresh pasta**.

🥂 At the end, we will **taste** our creations together, accompanied by wine, beer or infusion.

I am **Claudio Masala** (*Travelcook)*, a passionate traveler and explorer cook. My career has been marked by the love of cooking and **travel**, and over the years I have learned to fuse ingredients, stories and culinary traditions to offer **authentic experiences**.
For me, cooking is not just gastronomy, but also culture and emotion. For this reason, I promote ***conscious cooking*** (mindful cooking), a way to fully enjoy every moment of the culinary process, from the choice of ingredients to the pleasure of sharing food.

*Curious Flavors* is a series of **workshops and showcooking** designed to experiment with cuisine from different corners of the world. More than a simple class, it is a space for **creativity, discovery and connection**, where each dish brings us closer to a culture, a history and the **pleasure of cooking in a group.**

Each session we will travel to a different corner of the world. 🌏✈️

(At the end of the workshop and together we will all clean up the kitchen to leave it as if nothing had happened 😀. **Wear a kitchen apron and some tupperware in case there is leftover food)**
