Women for a while for yourself and come to dance your bodies without any rules, steps, instructions. Connect with ourselves, we do not evaluate ourselves or others.
Other women may be an inspiration for how to change the movement or position of the body, but the one who wants to try dance with tied eyes, so the possibility is too. Thanks to him, we perceive our emotions, which change from minute to minute.
I give an important role in the dance, anchoring us in the present. Thanks to the presence we can bring our emotions and feelings that music evokes and fully experience in us. We will do breathing exercises that will get us more into the body and the presence and then set out on the journey of dance.
