Dear women, I invite you again to a joint dance journey. Unusual after a month since the last dance, I decided to listen to your call and create a dance for you once a month. 🥰
Each dance is unique, it is a finished alchemy present moment.
Specifically in the dancing of the country of a woman 🌹 will be the opportunity:
🏵 ️ relax into a safe space in which you can touch yourself deeper,
🏵️ Meet the kind women and support our femininity common energy of the circle,
🏵️ Dance with your inner landscape and feel your creative power in the her,
🏵️ to connect with your personal resources that brighten your inner sun at a time when the outside sun weakens,
🏵️ to anchor in its center and consciousness with your breath and final soundhealing.
imaginations. We are heading attention not only to the body, but also to ourselves and our basic needs - physical, mental and emotional relaxation and nourishment. This happens in a safe space, in a smaller group of women, which makes the dance meetings a healing overlap on the physical and mental level. We are also pleased to invite you to enjoy dancing as you may not have been used to.
On the following dance roads:
- we create a safe environment so that we can encounter an open heart in a kind and receiving being in dance,
- connect our body and mind to support each other and start somatic treatment processes (principle of embodiment). Self -joy and lightness - we support the return to ourselves, to the state of joyful being,
- we will use deep imaginations to help us enter our inner country, where our subconscious communicates through us images.
with you:
- dress or other clothes in which you feel comfortable, authentic. Limited, the place will be reserved after confirmation by mail. During the 3 years of living in a community that welcomes guests on their journey for self-knowledge, in the yoga-meditation center, I started to focus more on the creation and later the creation of female circles, pre-natal rituals and cocoa ceremonies. Gradually, I got from yoga to dance as a female self -knowledge path. with dancing. 🌹
