Dance at the crossroads of darkness and light (live music ecstatic dance jam)
Come on 20.12., the day before the solstice, nudge and fan your inner hearth with music and dance. At that time, the days turn and the light begins to slowly push the darkness, but first comes the cold, the depression, the entry into winter. Come and influence it with meaningful movement.
Dance
Ecstatic dance and live music that we will create await you. We will be in the energy we need right now. Maybe your fire will be strong and steady, maybe it will barely burn. Everything will be welcome in our bubble of conscious being at Movement Lab.
Come dance the pre-Christmas rush, anchor yourself before a generous dinner and New Year's Eve, shake off the winter melancholy, share your enthusiasm for the cold and dry weather, or get your regular dose of high-quality hopscotch.
We start by tuning into the space, ourselves and the people around us. From this will arise what will arise.
We will create a free and safe space with the right combination of openness and respect for borders. You can come just to dance, or you can also join the music. Some minor percussion will be available.

Note that this will not be a drum set! The organizers will be the curators of the musical accompaniment. Musicians need to be able to perceive the whole and play for it. It's better to call in advance if you want to play - we'll take it over!
Ondrej Križan
Ondrej will lead the band that belongs to the given moment. He is a percussionist and leads in a way that is firm, yet playful and creates space for others to easily enter into co-creation. His playing is a living pulse penetrating the entire space and shaping what the group wants to express at that moment. His beat is heard at workshops, dances, rituals and concerts at home and abroad. In the past, he accompanied The Hanuman Project with Sam Garrett and Tima Weathera & Cherub Sanson, today he also collaborates with Mirka Kroner.
Katarín Zima
The cellist Katarín Zima is tied to the Slovak (high) mountains with her musicality, with a mind floating on the waves of sound (diffusion). Her music is here to help her listeners create a safe space of connection with self and group. Every being can relax in it by traveling and flowing through intimate soundscapes. He will experience rest, presence and peace.
Mirka Kroner
Mirka is a voice alchemist. Her vocal performance is strong in its softness, welcoming. It grounds, but also absorbs a person and touches the soul. From the depths of her being, something ancient and at the same time timeless penetrates to us through her singing. Who knows, he knows.

Come on December 20th, the day before the solstice, to stir and ignite your inner fire through music and dance. This is the time when days begin to turn, and light slowly starts to push back the darkness. But first comes the cold, the slowdown, the entry into winter. Join us in flowing into this transition through meaningful movement.

We'll dive into ecstatic dance and create live music together. We'll be in the energy of the moment. Maybe your inner fire will be strong and steady, or maybe it will barely flicker. In our bubble of conscious being at Movement Lab, everything is welcome.

We'll begin by tuning into the space, ourselves, and the people around us. From that, whatever wants to emerge will emerge.
