DANCE CEREMONY OF THE ALL Souls / SAMHAIN - THE DANCE OF THE ANCESTORS
The way to yourself, the ancestors and wholeness
We invite you to a dance ceremony at the time of the holiday of the year, which we call All Souls, during which we tune in to our inner self, the inner cycle and the natural cycle of nature.
This time naturally leads us to stop, silence and connect with the soul - with our inner light and with what is beyond us. In the circle and in the dance we will honor those who have come before us - in a way that strengthens, inspires and reconnects us to our roots.
Let it be a celebration of life in its entirety, a celebration of the heritage we carry within us.
At All Souls / Samhain, when the veil between the worlds is thin...we can more easily connect with the invisible realm - with our dreams, visions, allies, protectors and ancestors. During the sacred temple ritual, our body becomes a prayer and a bridge between the worlds. Together we will discover the power of embodied imagination thanks to dance, which will lead us beyond the limits of ordinary perception. Symbols, feelings, intuition are the language of the soul through which our higher self speaks to us. It connects us with the invisible realm, where our dreams, visions, allies, protectors, ancestors reside... At the workshop we will learn the technique of working with the intelligence of the body and how to receive information from our higher self. Through dance/movement, we can return to this ability and develop it so that it serves us in life.
Our intention is to bring a new perspective to the holiday, which in our regions has narrowed down to a candle lit once a year at the cemetery. Our ancestors live within us. They are part of the mystery that we will touch on in this workshop. We will open the door to knowledge, how to transform the view of the past, how to reconcile with the ancestors and find a deep source of strength in it.
