≪ On the ship we dance every Tuesday from 19:30 ≫
Treat yourself to the bath for body and soul - gentle, playful and refreshing as the first spring breeze. Evening full of movement, peace and regeneration. Dance will help you move your body and energy, while the vibrations of gongs take care of deep relaxation and harmony. Together we will create a space to recharge the strength, peace and inspiration for everything awaiting you in the coming weeks.

Movement Medicine. Dance will take you and give you various rhythms, flow or calm up to a state of freedom, full of body or resting.
What is happening in our lives and what is true to us. The space is an offer to postpone the assessment of yourself and others and the possibility to express themselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our body. The music will take you to places where you can fully connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through the rhythm, breath and movement we give the opportunity to collectively postpone stress and tension from the body and rise to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other narcotic substances.

The lecturer of the spontaneous ecstatic dance of Movement Medicine in training and therapist somatic experience. It organizes trips to swimming with wild dolphins. Regular Tuesday's dance evenings offer marina in Prague.
