Dear women,
we invite you to the December meeting of WOMAN EMPATHY DANCE. Come and tune in to Advent with us.🩵
On Monday, December 4th, experience a connection with music, dance and empathy in a women's circle. It's a great opportunity at the beginning of the Advent season to take care of yourself and gain energy.🩵
Why come?
Every woman has a hidden dancer in her. And every woman, if she lets this dancer express herself a little, will be healthier, more herself, and a greater asset to those around her. Because when we suppress who we are, we rob ourselves and others of the version of ourselves that only we ourselves can become.
This is why the Dance Woman Empathy meetings were created, because we want to give other women the space to express themselves in dance.< br/>If you also have a desire for a community in which we are equal, we can listen to each other, not judge, respect each other, come to our meeting. You also know how to bring more self-knowledge into yours, and more understanding and compassion.
What does WOMAN EMPATHY DANCE offer you?
💫Dance for joy and connection with yourself, your body, soul and spirit. Let them guide you.
💫Meeting of women in a safe circle with empathy, with space for sharing without judgment, listening to each other.
💫Psychophonetic process for deeper self-knowledge.
💫Freedom, respect and confidentiality are three important pillars of our meetings.

At Tolstého 3 in Košice, in the premises of the Empathy School on the 1st floor.

Comfortable clothes, a bottle to drink.
The number of places is limited.
The dance is also suitable for pregnant women (from 3 months).
You do not need previous experience with dance or with psychophonetics.

For years I have been working with women (and their partners) during pregnancy, preparation for childbirth and after childbirth. I accompany them on their journey of discovering and healing their inner world, discovering their own inner strength, their own inner guidance.
I myself have been walking this adventurous path of self-discovery and spiritual development all my life. On this journey of mine, I (among other things) met the wonderful School of Empathy, where I am currently studying in my final year.
