Dear women,
Come treat yourself to more Dance and Empathy on International Women's Day. Together we will share, laugh, maybe even cry and relax in the dance.
No pressure, no performance, only with what each of us brings. It will be our dance, our circle of women, both in strength and in delicacy. ❤️

Every woman has a hidden dancer inside. And every woman, if she lets this dancer express herself a little, will be healthier, more herself, and a greater asset to those around her. Because when we suppress who we are, we rob ourselves and others of the version of ourselves that only we ourselves can become.

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle.
The dance is also suitable for pregnant women (from 3 months).
You do not need previous experience with dance or psychophonetics.

For years I have been dedicated to women (and their partners) during pregnancy, preparation for childbirth and after childbirth. I accompany them on their journey of discovering and healing their inner world, discovering their own inner strength, their own inner guidance.
I myself have been walking this adventurous path of self-discovery and spiritual development all my life. On this journey of mine, I (among other things) met the amazing School of Empathy.
