🎺 An unconventional combination of wind music and dance performance. A brass band concert and the dance that takes place alongside it — two separate components, together in one time and space. In addition, male and female dancers move directly among the audience, so that the Atrium under the City Tower comes alive with music and movement from all sides. It creates space for eye contact, hand touch, proximity, same step and gestures. In addition to vigor and rules, it also reflects a stereotypical view of a male-female couple, and its hierarchical setting is part of the competition rules. If a couple separates, the character of the thing changes — it's about individuality, tension, memory, dressage, training... How many meanings can a dancing body carry?

🎶 Brass music has an inherently ambivalent character: on the one hand joyful and energetic, on the other hand nostalgic and poignant.

🎺 An unconventional fusion of brass band music and dance performance. A brass ensemble concert and a dance performance unfolding alongside it — two independent elements sharing the same time and space. The dancers move directly among the audience, transforming the Atrium beneath the City Tower into a vibrant space filled with music and movement from every direction.

💃 Ballroom dance has long been regarded as a refined form of social gathering. It creates space for eye contact, the touch of hands, closeness, synchronized steps, and shared gestures. Alongside its energy and structure, it also reflects traditional views of the male–female dance partnership, with its hierarchical arrangement embedded in the rules of competition. When the couple is separated, the nature of the dance changes — it becomes about individuality, tension, memory, discipline, training… How many meanings can a dancing body carry?
