About event
During the lesson we will focus primarily on the techniques of dance improvisation, anchored in modern dance / Contemporary dance. However, the dancers of all styles are welcomed to explore the possibilities of their own body from different angles.
The lesson is targeted to those who want to try a dance practice in a different way than learning dance steps or movement variations. We will focus on supporting our own dance expression, intended for the individuality of each dancer and his dance and personal history.
beginners are also welcome, previous dance experience is not a prerequisite. Href = "https://lenkapuzova.com/tanni-improvice-letni-open-class"> https://lemkapuzova.com/tanni-improvice-letni-open-class
