About event
The VIA CHOREAE dance evening is an invitation and an opportunity to enter the journey of dance. The starting point is trust in innate natural movement and the willingness to consciously follow it and explore it in its infinite variability of forms and rhythms.
The purpose of research is awareness of the state in us - the way it is, its acceptance and going through it with confidence in the meaningfulness of the process and its changes.

Come to an open space where you can listen to yourself through authentic movement, bring your experiences back into dance
and thus go through various processes of transformation and insight . Discover the potential of your wholeness and creativity of the present moment through bodily experience. Settle down - through free conscious movement - of course deeper in your body and get to know your resources from which you can naturally draw...
What is important is the willingness to enter and let yourself be guided - by music, rhythm, the teacher's words, the dance itself, the intention, the unknown wisdom of the body...
Everyone is welcome - men, women - regardless of previous dance experience experience, height, weight, body shape, physical disposition or indisposition.
