Tantra School basis training (adem&embodiment)

This training consists of six Sunday evenings. Welcome to follow the entire series, or a separate edition.

During these Sundays we experience and learn what Tantra can offer us. In addition, we will go through exercises in a calm and substantiated way, and there will also be part theory where you can learn something about the Tantric theory.

breath & embodiment
The breath is extremely important to feel and transform. If we don't breathe, we don't live. It ensures that we get into the 'now'. During this edition the emphasis is on the breath and on 'being in your body'.
