Tantra School basis training (polariteit)

Welkom op deze basis tantra training op de zondag avonden.

Dit is een training voor hen die nieuwsgierig zijn naar tantra en op een veilige en gegronde manier willen leren en ervaren wat het voor can mean them.

This training consists of six Sunday evenings. Welcome to follow the entire series, or a separate edition.

During these Sundays we experience and learn what Tantra can offer us. In addition, we will go through exercises in a calm and substantiated way, and there will also be part theory where you can learn something about the Tantric theory.

Polarity
In Tantra we work a lot with polarity and usually often with the male and female. During this edition we work with setups to make contact with our inner husband and woman. So inside, so outside!

couples are more than welcome to participate in this training. It is possible to do all exercises together - please indicate in advance.

Safety
We always work on the basis of invitation. An exercise will never be 'mandatory' but always 'optional'.

Facilitator
Elfriede has more than 15 years of experience in guiding tantric groups. Trained from the Healing Tao, busy with Tantric Dance and organization of Tantra Festival Amsterdam, among others. The style of Elfriede is known by the lightness and yet depth. Get ready for a magical journey :)
