About event
The Sacred Art of Connection
We welcome you to step into the transformative world of tantra and discover the sacred art of connection in this introductionary workshop designed for singles and (occasional) partners. This workshop is a gentle yet powerful exploration of what it means to truly connect first with yourself and then with those around you.
In this carefully designed evening we will work with practises to:
- Let go of mental chatter and return to the sensations and wisdom of the body.
- Move and dance, to awaken your body and spirit, allowing your natural energy to flow freely.
- Meditate, both dynamic and still meditations to cultivate presence and connection.
- Caress and massage, to explore gentle, mindful touch as a pathway to connection and relaxation.
- Experience ancient tantric rituals to unlock deeper layers inside yourself and in the connection with your tantric partner.
