ENGLISH
A dance of giving and receiving , where one is directing the dance and the other is receiving the dance blindfolded or with eyes closed. The challenge is to stay very close to yourself, but at the same time to be connected with the other. An exercise to become open and grounded. On the start of the workshop we ask consent for speaking English: mostly this is no problem.
