Kamenice:
Beer has been brewed in Kamenice since the 15th century. The brewish townspeople were held for a long time. At the beginning of the 17th century, the brewing of the beer was taken over by the nobility and the first brewery was established at the castle. The face of today's brewery was imprinted by a large reconstruction of Baron Geymüller, which took place in 1860 - 61. The project was megalomaniac and according to brewing experts in many atypical things. Building in Kamenice partially gave the impulse to modernize the surrounding competing brewing operations, so the intended capacity of 20,000 hl has never been achieved. In 1578, Václav Antoš rebuilt the building in Vinařice 14 into a Renaissance form and in 2010 the tradition of brewing Slaný beer was successfully restored by Josef Paulík.
