The whole beep will occupy the amazing brewer from the red wolf brewery! Learning something new ✅. The microbrewery started operation in May 2020, but the idea, the concept of the building and the location has been born since 2016. The intention was to build a building that fits into local architecture, but will also be at a high technological level. Part of the brewery is also a restaurant that offers cold and warm cuisine and outdoor terraces are available for sitting. In 1998 he left for his first foreign work in Saransk, Russia and after almost twenty years of work in various foreign breweries, especially in Canada, he anchored the red wolf in the newly built brewery. His story, along with a detailed description and practical demonstrations of the preparation of all our brands from brewhouse to bottling, can be learned as part of the upcoming program "Day with brewmaster at the wolf". Our other brewer is Alena Juricová. Immediately after a successful study at the Czech University of Life Sciences in 2020, thanks to her love for beer, she joined the Wolf's brewing team and gains experience alongside Mark. In addition to cooking traditional recipes, he likes to experiment with atypical beer specials.
