**PLAN:**

1. Meeting at 8h30 in the estació of Passeig de Gràcia to take the regional train Tarragona. Upon arriving in Tarragona, brief Pause Café and WC.
2. Guided tour of the ** Roman tarraco **: Walls, amphitheater, circus, forum square ... historical explanations.
3. We follow the guided walk through Barri Vell, Cathedral, Medieval Zone and Callejones of the Old Town.
4. Food (you can bring your picnic, or go from menu in a restaurant)

6. Return to Barcelona by train (approximate arrival time: 19h30)
