In the over 50 years of its existence, the chamber choir Task made a name far beyond the borders of Central Germany as an excellent interpreter, romantic and new choral music. As a chamber choir, the task is followed by invitations to large music festivals, such as the MDR music summer, the Leipzig Bachfest, the brown festival of the new Bachgesellschaft, the Festival European Church Music, the Ansbach Bach weeks as well as in the large concert halls and churches in Germany. Concert tours now regularly lead the ensemble to all parts of the Federal Republic, including to the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, as well as occasionally abroad.
