The course is suitable for all those who have undergone a structural integration course Zoga and have several months of experience with Zoga, which has "opened" many previously unknown places in the body. However, it is also suitable as an acquaintance with the possibility of zoga for anyone who wants to better get to know their body and the Zoga Movement method. It is not just a movement system, it is not just about pain relief, it is not just about relaxing tension and compression in the body or improving mobility.
Taste course from Zoga Movement is divided into 6 session (75 minutes) that do not follow themselves directly. Topics of individual session:
1. Hip joint and pelvis
2. Foot & knee
3. Spine, cross and combine
4. Core, pelvic floor, deep muscles dfl
5. Upper limb, blade and neck
6. Breath, diaphragm, abdominal cavity and thoracic cavity
* Taste lesson lessons from Zoga Movement will also be visited individually, as Open Class, for anyone outside the course.
Session will not be offered in this order!
They do not follow up.
75 -minute session contains important techniques and procedures to release soft tissue slip in a given area that will lead to minimization or completely removal, improve mobility and subsequent joints with regard to holding the whole body in gravitational field.
