About event
Teen Summer '26 - four Mondays, four creative sessions. The series of events is intended for teenagers (from 13 to 20 years old) who like to create and don't want to sit at home. We will explore colors, create, take pictures and write poems with a brush. Come and discover the world through your own experiences.
Abstract painting / Monday 6.7. at 10:30
The pursuit of realism is no longer the primary interest of artists. Therefore, we will try to move the artistic rendering of reality to abstract dimensions, full of chance and emotions. Be prepared for a bit of splashing, so you'd better bring an old T-shirt.
Photo walk "color hunting" / Monday 20.7. at 10:30
Colors are all around us, but we often forget about it. We will take a short walk from the library and photograph the colors of the city. We will combine the resulting catches into a digital collage and display them in the library.
Collage / Monday 3.8. at 10:30
We will play with chance. You will draw a color, which you will then look for and cut out in newspapers and magazines. We will create a colorful collage from the scraps.
Plaster sculpture / Monday 17.8. 2026 at 10:30
You can create on a flat drawing everywhere. Here we will also move into the third dimension and look for shapes in the plaster block. Be prepared for a bit of dust, so you'd better bring an old T-shirt.
Program subject to change. Entrance free.
