About event

Admission: 7 p.m.
Teho Teardo and Blixa Cash have been working on new music and are now presenting them live. We hope that the results will soon be available on record. A live album of the legendary 2022 performance in Silent Green, an old crematorium in Berlin's Wedding, has been announced, as well as a European tour and then, perhaps even as a harbinger of a third album, an EP with new music. Cash and Teardo will share the stage live with solo cellist Laura Bisceglia and Gabriele Coen on bass clarinet, who, supported by a string quartet, will play a complete work that meanders through philosophy and art history. But there will also be new pieces to be heard, which are currently growing into the aforementioned and as yet untitled EP: BISOGNA MORIRE, also known as HOMO FUGIT VELUT UMBRA (Man flees like a shadow), a passacaglia and a kind of danse macabre, then that The piece STARKREGEN, RIMANGONO (German: "Stay left!" - a greeting from the post-war period) and DEAR CARLO, which Blixa wrote in correspondence with an Italian astrophysicist, with whom he talked - not without humor - about the nature of the universe exchanges. First impressions promise: the space that arises between Cash's multi-faceted voice, his incomparable lyrical work and Teardo's complex arrangements has gained even more depth.
