The workshop focuses on working with the body and finding a healthy relationship to yourself. Emotions. to communicate
- to wake up the lost joy and playfulness
- to find the causes of your problems and tools to solve them
- to realize the programs of mind and belief that has so far managed our life
- become creator of your own life
