The body in motion
movement is not just a physical action - reflects our emotions, thinking and the way we perceive ourselves and others.
What do you communicate about yourself? Is it possible to train body empathy? How to prepare movement etude and develop body memory? What form the basis of the movement expression? You focus on working with your breath, relaxing the body and typology of gestures. You deepen your body memory and expand the movement register.

🔹 authentic movement based on internal and external pulses Workshop:
🔹 Breath, body and space - vertical and horizontal
🔹 Movement etudes, improvisation, dialogical behavior
🔹 Expressive work with emotions, senses and imagination
