The body will be focused on:
- activation of the whole body and senses
- led, clearly given improvisation and occasional light choreography Tříčče
The hour will give you a new inspection of space and work with it. Will enrich your movement dictionary.
You will create a dance world where you can return, relax, fool and recharge strength and inspiration.
