Come and play with body parts and movement together with Káťa.
The course is for everyone interested in dance, body and movement. Dance experience is an advantage.
❗️You can come to individual lessons or as an open class.
We each have attention focused on different parts of the body and with mutual help we will discover where it is and direct where she hasn't been yet. We will focus on sound/music, space and us in it all. Katya is based on the experience of house dance, dancehall, sports and sharing dance with friends. You will also encounter flavors of these styles, but we will primarily be exploring. The class will be supplemented with stretching/yoga elements, light strengthening, a massage train (you know it from childhood?).
Kátia herself enjoys small internal movements, crawling on the ground, moving in a large space - count on it!
We will deepen movement, body perception, expand the possibilities of improvisation - moments of surprise, we will work with shame, our strengths and individuality. The course aims to get to know and connect these aspects and ourselves.
