Accompanying program for exhibition fruits of discord. Picture of Ottoman presence with curators PhDr. Jana Švantnerová, PhD. and Mgr. Eva Hasalova, PhD. will be primarily devoted to cultural transfer on examples of textile and clothing culture. Which fabrics can we mark as Ottoman? What function did they play in the life of the Hungarian nobility? Have some elements from Ottoman textile culture pass to the folk culture of some regions of Slovakia?
