About event
🪩 Come to Temporary clubbing, to the premiere dance evening at Akropolis Palace!
1️⃣ Tereza Ondrová will present the premiere of the Last Dance project - a solo for the ballroom.
>>> How do you dance with someone who's gone? Can you bring him back through dance? Can his absence bring you back to yourself? How to overcome loss? Losing a loved one? Or the loss of an ideal? Or a vision of the future?
Last dance takes place in a ballroom, where we dance together, literally as one big unit. However, Ondrová will dance alone - a solo for the ballroom with the theme of Last Dance is a performative ritual full of questions. How can loss be transformed? <<<
2️⃣ Last Dance will then be followed by the Czech premiere of Connor Schumacher's ARK Rave Session - a collective dance, a bodily process leading to catharsis!
>>> A unique controlled rave session it stands for inclusion, cooperation, understanding and appreciation of difference, self-confidence, resilience, patience, stress management and conflict resolution. <<<
📅 WHEN: 19/11/2024 / 19:30
📍 WHERE: Akropolis Palace
