Tempus est iocundum

This year's concert of the String Quartet String Quartet is for the first time in the long existence of this ensemble compiled exclusively from domestic works. The world premiere by the Brno author of Radim Bednařík is surrounded by non -operated quartets of generations of older composers Jan Kapr and Osvald Chlubny. When returning to the amazing premises of the Villa Löw-Beer, the program is a celebration of spring and cheerful times. While compositions created in the last century were created in the very happy life moments of both composers, today's premiere is a certain bridge between them. The concert is trying to spread a good mood and enjoy joy - that is why its name is inspired by the medieval love song contained in the famous manuscript of Carmina Buran.
