About event
Lessons are aimed at using the therapeutic effects of basic yoga positions. Through them we strive to remove accustomed to incorrect movement stereotypes. Gradually, we realize our physical body and connect it with its finer parts - breath and mind. The attitude and movements are gradually coordinated to become physiological and do not burden our everyday movement. Exercise is also suitable for seniors.
