HACCM is pleased to announce a series of Greek textile workshops in conjunction with our current exhibit, Follow the Thread: The Fabric of the Hellenic Spirit. There will be three workshops (once a month between January and March) that teach a variety of techniques, skills, and history. No experience is required, and seasoned textile artists are welcome too!
Textile Workshop Dates and Projects:
Saturday, January 31 (10 a.m. – 12 noon)
Project: Cross-stitch and embroidery dishtowel
Saturday, February 21 (12 noon – 2 p.m.)
Project: Needlepoint coaster
Saturday, March 21 (10 a.m. – 12 noon)
Project: Crochet square
Register for 1, 2, or all 3 textile workshops. Each class is $20 with a discount if you sign up for all three (total for 3 classes: $50). Cost of the class includes all necessary supplies and instructions.
