About event
Thalia Zedek
The post-punk era icon returns to the Czech Republic. Since the 1970s, Thalia Zedek has been actively involved in a large part of the changes that independent guitar music has been going through to this day. Under the auspices of the iconic label Sub Pop, the founder of the iconic Come met with groups such as Mudhoney, Beach House or Shabazz Palaces and the non -international genius in her music is evidenced by members of her live band; Gavin McCarthy of Karate was involved in her latest album. The current work of this charismatic frontwoman makes respect for the roots of post-punk, the bowie approach to vocal harmonies and a deep sense of writing texts.
Rouilleux His project Rouilleux captivated her song work, although he cooperates primarily with artists in the field of experimental electronics and improvisation associated around the Klang-und-Krach publishing house. A new EP, which is based on acoustic-ambiant songs, can be listened to in thousands of variants that are generated by an algorithm. The Fold can be ambient, naturally spatial and noisy. The experimental format allowed the musician to concentrate more on folding and recording than on the production and listeners of the discovery possibilities of staying with his recordings.
