About event
Live show at Žalár, Štefánikova 47, Bratislava
The Argies is a band from Argentina whose musical roots are punk rock, reggae, dub and ska. The group formed in Rosario, Santa Fé in 1984. The term "Argies" is a pejorative nickname for "Argentinians" who settled among British soldiers during the Falklands War in 1982. The lyrics of The Argies have a testimonial style and come from deep within human ethics. Between 1996 and 2025, The Argies played more than 1,500 concerts around the world and released more than 20 albums.
