About event
What is The Art Talks?
A fresh, informal series of gatherings for anyone interested in art and art history—from curious beginners to passionate artists, students, and cultural explorers.
Each session opens up a big question or theme and invites everyone to join the conversation. No prior knowledge needed—just bring your curiosity.
This month’s topic:
Who decides what counts as “important” in art history?
We’ll explore how museums, textbooks, institutions, and cultural trends have shaped what we learn, what we value, and what we overlook.
⸻
✨ Why come?

•You miss talking about ideas
•You’re looking to meet thoughtful people in a chill space
•You like cafes with a bit of meaning on the side
🗣 Language: English.
