About event
Seven Totally True Tales, one Lying McLiarpants, and a possible night at the Edgefield on us if you can tell which is which.
Pants On Fire! features eight of the Pacific Northwest’s premier storytellers, comedians, artists, radio & television personalities, writers, celebrities and musicians telling some of the most outrageous, hard-to-believe, 100% true stories you've ever heard. The problem is, one of our storytellers will be lying to your face, telling a complete whopper that never happened.
Think you can figure out which ones are telling the truth, and which one's pants are on fire? If you can, you might win a bunch of cool stuff, including sponsor swag, concert tickets, and an overnight stay at the Edgefield Winery & Hotel. Or try to win the Bag O’ Somewhat Valuable Prizes with our Two Truths & A Lie Audience Cage Match!
As always, our annual Thanksgiving weekend BestOf show features the best comedians and storytellers from the past year, as voted on by our fans.
Our Filthy/Freaky show is 21 & over event, and will feature eight incredibly sinful, possibly risqué, decidedly NOT-safe-for-work stories.. (If you prefer more G-PG13 content, our earlierFamily/Friendly show at 6:00 will be the exact same format — but with less adult fare.)
Featuring new (mostly) true stories from comedian and creator of the award winning shows American’t and Rabbit Night!!! Jon Bennet; writer, actress, one-time-weather-gal anPDX radio icon Daria Eliuk; comedian, Funny/Story coach, and host of Shady Pine Radio’s Porch Hang Ash Allen; comedian, New Yorker Magazine contributor, and winner of Willamette Week’s 2021 Funniest Five Katie Nguyen; comedian, The Moth storytelling coach, creature of the Webby-nominated Failure Club, and host of The Absolute Worst Show Meg Ferrill; storyteller, director of Story Pirates, host of Kickstand Comedy’s The Do Over and exactly 50% of the award-winning improv duo Tim & Bradford Bradford Jordan; marketing guru and longtime DJ and VJ Melissa Ives; couples therapist and 7DS fan fave Jamie Berkowitz; and more!
