The Beths in Paradiso

The New Zealand four The Beths pours their close friendship in infectious guitar doll. Guitarist, singer and songwriter Elizabeth Stokes was already in high school with guitarist Jonathan Pearce. Later they met bass player Benjamin Sinclair and drummer Ivan Luketina-Johnston at the University of Auckland through old friends, where they all studied Jazz. After wanderings in all kinds of musical compositions, they found each other in a new project that combined their love for pop and rock music from their youth. Everything fell in place: The Beths was born. With their third album called 'Expert in A Dying Field', they harvested rave reviews from Pitchfork, The Ringer, and Stereogum, among others. Now the band is back with new music, with the first single 'Metal' as a taste.
