The Blend

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant time spent in the world of Scotch whisky. At "The Blend" meeting, the fascinating world of whiskey opens up to them. He will try the unique craft of mixing whiskey and prepare one sample of his own blend for his pleasure. They will deepen their knowledge of the production and history of the famous Scottish blended whiskey and also learn many interesting facts and news from a real expert.

The Blend is an educational-tasting program led by Zdenek Kortiš, one of of the largest Czech whiskey connoisseurs and collectors, operator of a renowned Olomouc bar and whiskey ambassador and lecturer of the Jan Becher - Pernod Ricard company.

During the 1.5 hour program participants will get to know the story of Scotch whisky, learn interesting information about the history, production and portfolio of the Chivas Regal and The Glenlivet brands. They will taste several different types of whisky, including grain or smoked single malt whisky, from four of Scotland's main regions. They then put everything to good use in their own practice – they mix an original sample of blended whiskey from selected types of whiskey and take it home. The Blend is the perfect opportunity to spend an evening with friends. Or it can become an imaginative gift to a business partner.
