About event
The Complication
The guitars live! Complications are the equivalent of a wild party from which you don't want to go home. Four friends brought up by the aesthetics of the sound of past decades transform their devotion to guitars into intense shows, where the imaginary border between the band and the audience is often blurred. During their ten years of operation, they had the opportunity to perform at the most important Czech festivals such as Rock for People and Colors of Ostrava, appear in front of music experts at the Nouvelle Prague showcase, or release two records under the independent label Indies Scope and play their own tour in the Czech Republic. The band gradually moved away from their 90s roots and, with the help of producer Néro Scartch, found a new sound defined by modern electronics and disharmonic melodic processes, while still maintaining concert ferocity. They want to confirm this by recording an EP at the end of 2024.
Tribe-J
Tribe-J's intertwined guitar riffs move into energetic conclusions, but the sound does not lose its purity even then. Since their music lacks vocals, they don't have to conform to the classic verse-chorus song structure. It allows you to easily immerse yourself in their music, let yourself drift freely.
Aegelast
Atmospheric surfaces, dissonant chords, walls of sound and songs disintegrating into improvisation . Introspective, melodic singing with abstract lyrics that address the complexity of an individual's life in a fast-paced, demanding world.
Alternative/noise/shoegaze/psych
