"The Great Gatsby Ballet" is a homage to the glamor, passion and the inexhaustible energy of the "Roaring Twenties". The performance takes the audience into the world of Art Deco, glamorous and deeply felt emotions and brings the pages of F. Scott Fitzgerald's timeless novel to life.
The choreography of Dwight Roden, founder of the complexion contemporary ballet and one of the most popular contemporary choreographers, fascinated with expressiveness and Depth.
The music of Konstantin Meladze and Yurii Shepeta gives the staging drama, creates a unique atmosphere and strengthens the emotional effect on the audience.
world-class dancers from the best theaters express deep emotions and create a truly lively story on stage. Each of them embodies iconic figures from The Great Gatsby, which means that the magic of the novel is incomparably transferred to the world of the ballet.
The costumes for the ballet were designed by the renowned Ukrainian fashion house Frolov, which also designed outfits for Beyoncé. Transparent fabrics, hand -embroidered and decorated with sparkling stones, underline the personality and transformation of the characters.
